Preparation: Put a teaspoon of powder (for one person) in a cup of warm water, making sure the temperature does not exceed 80°C.
Let infuse for 5-10 minutes, than strain and drink.
The infusion should take on a shade ranging from yellow to bright green .
The scent is barely perceptible. The taste is delicate and pleasant.
Features: compared to roasted coffee, it preserves antioxidants (polyphenols, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, tannic acid) and some vitamins.
It contributes to the release of fatty acids from adipose tissue and stimulates the production of adrenaline with tonic effects on the cardiovascular system.
