Mixture of ground unroasted natural coffee for the preparation of an infusion. This type of coffee can be drunk both hot and cold!
Compared to roasted coffee, it retains more antioxidants (polyphenols, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, tannic acid) and some vitamins useful for the release of fatty acids from our fat deposits and stimulates the production of adrenaline with tonic effects on the cardiovascular system and in greater recall of blood from the muscles.
To prepare the infusion, put a spoonful of powder (quantity for one person) in a cup of hot water, making sure that the water does not exceed 80°C. Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, filter and drink. The infusion should take on a color ranging from yellow to bright green. The aroma is barely perceptible. The delicate and pleasant taste.
