Coffee blend from Central and South America, with an extremely rich and personal aroma. On the palate it has a good structure and body, good texture with a dark hazelnut colored cream. It has notes of chocolate and a slight aftertaste of toasted almonds.
Product mixed in the manual pre-toasting phase, the light "monk's tunic" roasting guarantees the lightness of the finished product which is light in colour.
The taste of this coffee blend is full-bodied, refined and reminiscent of chocolate. Its finely textured cream has an intense colour. An enveloping blend.
To maintain perfect consistency in taste, the geographical origin of the coffee can vary according to the annual characteristics of the harvest. However, the composition of the mixture does not change.
