Product mixed in the manual pre-toasting phase, the light "monk's tunic" roasting guarantees the lightness of the finished product which has a light color without oils.
This blend is made from the best Central American Arabica coffees and is characterized by a round taste with a particular aroma. The traditional citrus fragrance typical of Central American coffees prevails. When tasted, a note of dried fruit can be recognized with a slight acidity and a long persistence on the palate. The presence of Robusta guarantees a good body and a discreet crema in the cup for a perfect Italian espresso.
To maintain perfect consistency in taste, the geographical origin of the coffee can vary according to the annual characteristics of the harvest. However, the composition of the mixture does not change.
