Product mixed in the manual pre-toasting phase. The light "friar's frock" roasting guarantees the lightness of the finished product which has a light color without the presence of oils.
A blend of fine Arabica coffees with a fragrant aroma of bread toasted and tropical flowers. This coffee is characterized by a fine body, al on the palate a marked acidity prevails with notes of citrus and fresh fruit. The final taste is slightly spicy and persistent.
