The fine acidity of the Peruvian coffee marries the body of the Indian Robusta in a balanced and soft coffee, which is well suited to the classic Italian espresso. There is a marked aroma of toasted and a pleasant body, with a final hint of chocolate and fruit dry with a long persistence.
